We had just left the NO KINGS rally in Providence RI, and while we were doing the march around the city we were on Washington Street and saw and smelled and imagined the food would be absolutely delicious, and what a great way to end a day of protest, eating good food with other humans also eating delicious food.
Providence RI has always been a cosmopolitan city, lots of people from all over the planet being part of the lively experiment. Together with people is delicious food. Providence also has a fun art and food scene with RISD and JWU and it’s a great college town, anyways we were so excited to eat and we did.
As we waited for our order we enjoyed the sights and sounds, and the kitchen. We ordered sandwiches and shared some fries. There was a delicious spicy mayonnaise dipping sauce we ate with the fries, and a schemer was added to one of the sandwiches. They had jalapeños, and a trade-up with the sauce.
